After 8 years of working as a Public Affairs Manager at EU-level with daily contact with EU-institutions, associations and media companies, I am now a certified Coach specialised in stress management. Today’s working life is as exciting as it is challenging. People are required to multitask, adapt constantly, deal with management and technological changes, perform well under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines – all this ideally coupled with a positive attitude! My role is to accompany organisations, employees and independents to bring sense, joy, priorities and motivation back into their daily working life. I use tools that help to better cope with stress in general, time management, changes in management and communication difficulties. Both tailor-made one-on-one coaching sessions offered in English, French or German and team trainings (in English or French), my solution-oriented approach enhances team cohesion and employees’ well-being.
